What is surplus food, and what quality can I expect?
It's food that's good to eat today but would otherwise be thrown away. It may no longer be warm, and its look or portion may differ a little, which is why it's much cheaper. The venue is responsible for its quality.
Do you deliver orders?
No. Bags are always picked up at the venue.
Can I cancel a reservation?
Yes, in the app: Me → Reservation history → Cancel reservation. Please cancel if you can't come, so the bag can go to someone else.
