How much does Lunvi cost?
It's free for customers: you only pay for the bag, at the venue, with no service fee. For venues, the first 2 months are free.
How do I pay?
At the venue when you pick up, cash or card. In the app you only reserve.
Can I cancel a reservation?
Yes, in the app: Me → Reservation history → Cancel reservation. Please cancel if you can't come, so the bag can go to someone else.
Do you deliver?
No. Bags are always picked up at the venue, within the pickup time shown in the offer.
What kind of food will I find?
Food that's good to eat today but went unsold: fast food, cooked lunches, pastries, coffee and shop products. It's usually no longer warm, and the portion may differ a little.
I have a venue. How do I start?
Tap “Register your venue”, create an account and enter your company details (with IDNO). We verify the venue, usually within 24 hours, and then your offers appear on the map.
